Seems to agree with the books and the markings on the packages
Didn't work for me
I eat whole foods & special recipes, which it doesn't work for. Also I couldn't see how it was adding up the information for daily intake and it is supported by annoying ads.
So awful I had to let people know
Full of bugs. Impossible to work with. Even common foods are hard to find. Detestable intrusive requests to download crappy things. Deleted immediately upon installation.
