Great food, exercise and weight loss tracker
I started using this app when I realized that Weight Watchers had 0 points for fruits and vegetables regardless of how much you ate. After looking at the calories of some of these items, I was surprised that WW used this method of tracking foods. Not realistic! I use this app religiously every day and with lots of effort put into diet and exercise, I have lost 35 pounds and about 15 inches over six months. I am also being successful at maintaining my weight because this app helps me stay honest.
I like that it tracks popular exercise classes such as Body Pump and Spinning or it lets you customize exercise if you want. Of course, unless you stick to a healthy and balanced eating and exercise routine, no app will help you get fit. But this one is well designed, easy, fast, and best of all, FREE.
This program is so customizable it is impossible to be negative. I changed my columns to so my grams of carbs and sugars. I don't exceed 15 grams of sugar daily and convert my carb grams into servings. I do not exceed 6 servings a day of carbs, 15 grams of sugar and stay under the calories recommended by the program's calculation of what I need to no succeed based on my input. I believe my body thinks I am in starvation mode because after the first 15 pounds I am not loosing but just maintaining. I have to watch what I am eating when we go out. I recommend this program to everyone who wants to track what the are eating. It is easy to use and has great graphics and records for keeping track of your diet.
Absolutely Love It!
I am very impressed. Knowing The value of this app after having used it for a period of time, I'd pay for it. I have had to change my whole life due to diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol problems, etc. This is an awesome tool to help me track diet, weight, exercise, etc. I was able to lose 80 of 100 pounds in 6 months with Weight Watchers and an enormous amount of support from Calorie Counter! I now have only 11 pounds to go. Low and slow is the key for me. Thank you! I love the weight tracking and the diet tracking. I only wish I could track my blood sugar levels on a regular basis.
