I am happy that I found this app. It has been very helpful to count calories (which I hate doing). It has helped me lose weight and made it easier to do so. I am still learning what little other things it can do for me.
After 3 months of using this app I have to say I still like it. I like the format and ease of use. It makes an unenjoyable task much more tolerable and therefore I do it. I have lost 34 lbs with this being one of the key tools helping me do this.
Over a year later and I still love this app. When I stop using it (get lazy) the pounds start to creep back up. Using this app helps me keep track and be more aware of what I eat.
While most calorie counting app only tell you how many calories you can eat and have burned, MyNetDiary also has a water tracker and a section for analysis. This section tells you what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong (ie: had a high fiber breakfast or had too much sodium) so that you know where you can further improve your eating habits. If the large selection of foods and workouts doesn't have what you're looking for, it's super easy to add your own. And it's a simple to learn and use app. I love it!
This app is the only tool that has helped me lose weight. I had no idea what I needed to consume (or more importantly what I shouldn't) to stop gaining pounds and start losing them. This lays everything out for you in a detailed and easy to follow plan. I am not overweight but I have really benefitted from this app because I have a much better understanding of the nutrients I'm consuming every day. Highly recommended.
