Useless, out of date, app.....

I am a docent volunteer at two of the State Parks listed. The information in this app., is at least 2-3 months old (rather important when this app says a Park is "closed until further notice", and it was reopened 3 months ago).
The trail "maps" are either non-existent, or way too high level, and are written by park visitors, some 3+ years ago.
Even as a free app., I could not recommend this to anyone.
If you want to see what a good Park app is like, take a look at the National Geographic app on the National Parks.

Way better.

Version 1.7 works great. Delete old version first. Turn on location services. The new filter page gets you right to what your looking for. Much improved.

Dog friendly hiking/camping ?

I was hoping to be able to search dog friendly trails and camping, but I didnt see this as a filter/search option. It does have many other Search features tho. I just downloaded the app and it looks really useful for finding state parks nearby using gps!
