CANDY will CRUSH your soul...
If you are reading this because you've never played & are wondering if you should start, then it's not too late for you! Run far, far away from this game, especially if you are stubborn and/or have an addictive personality. See, normal people will probably just hit their first beast of a level... a level you can spend days, if not weeks, on & say, "Oh... well *this* isn't fun anymore." & move on with their lives... but for the rest of us, this game will become outright wretched, especially if, like me, you refuse to pay for those tempting assistance boosters, but you still find that you just can't let go & you *need* to get through that blasted level (whichever one it may be... there are several beasts... I'm currently struggling with 213, a level that the interwebs has many allegedly saying it made them quit, but I'm skeptical that any junkie who made it that far without already giving up is capable of truly quitting).
For anyone without Rain Man brilliance (& maybe even those with), Candy Crush is as much about luck as it is skill; if you don't get a decent board, you can't clear the level. Every level *can* be cleared, eventually, but some are going to beyond frustrate you unless you are extremely lucky and/or a mega-genius (& I am clearly neither).
Sure, it can be fun and it can most certainly be addictive, but if I knew then what I know now, I would have tried resisting it.

okay all the idiots down there who say you need to spend money to advance that is a BIG lie. i have never once had to pay money to advance and i am on level 37. my cousin who is on level 144 has never had to pay either. yes you get new lives every 30 minutes but you can ask your facebook friends who play for lives. those of you who say you need to pay for lives i bet you have at least 1 friend who plays this game. for me pretty much my entire family and extended family play this game. you people need to get others addicted to it. it's not that hard to do. this is a great game and you people need to stop giving it crap! stop complaining about it. you're a bunch of babies.
Problems
I love this game I got up to over 1,000 but I could be in the middle of the game or just starting after I decide what booster to use and it shuts off I lose my boosters. I have lost three just today. I play other games and they don't shut down only candy crush . Is there something you can do about this problem thanks . Ok I just played it again and it still turns off three more boosters . I don't want to try to reinstall because I am on lever 1049. Please please help I am now on 1100 and this game is really starting to get on my nerves. Playing and it shuts off lose my boosters please please please fix this so we can enjoy playing again thanks
