So many new features!
This app is such a great upgrade from the last one! The ability to add new payees to bill pay and FREE deposits are really nice additions as well as Touch ID. I used the Personal Finance tool in the online site and added some accounts held elsewhere and now I can see them in the app too! Log on was a little fickle the first time, but it took me all of five minutes to delete the mobile profile online and get up and running, so no harm done. I like it!
Never Release a App and Website Redesign at the Same Time! Awful App!!!!
This app does absolutely nothing. I set up the account online first, and then tried to set up my account on the app. Every time you try to log into the app it says no phone number on file, even though my online account does have a number on file. The website says they’re having an extremely high call volume, so I’m not even going to bother to try to resolve this issue today. This app is absolutely worthless. If I could read it zero stars I would. Very bad idea to redesign your app and website at the same time.
Great improvement, needs at least one improvement
This app is a great improvement over the old app. Better access to bill pay through the app is wonderful. The addition of Touch ID (finally!) was greatly welcome. However, this app was released almost a year after Face ID was introduced and there is no support for that?
It now supports Face ID!
