Capitec Remote Banking is a cellphone application that gives Capitec Bank clients secure banking any time or place, which includes:
• viewing account balances
• paying beneficiaries
• transferring money between own accounts
• approving sign-in and certain transactions (through our website)
Once you’ve registered and activated this application, remember to keep your:
• cellphone safe and in your possession at all times
• Remote PIN (personal identification number) secret

The 2nd time my phone is stolen and then I cant even use online banking BECAUSE the site requires a pin from my phone🙈🤷🏼♀️. I constantly use the app but every time at the bank there is a problem connecting to the app due to no wifi
Cant you figure a system to add token and phone so of a phone is stolen you can still connect online via token or email pin. Please its very frustrating that the phone app controls every thing and when stolen STILL only requiers phone pin😱

Add Touch ID to the app
This app would be great if it supported touch Id all other apps on my phone use it and I hate to type pins. And initial setup is quite a hassle.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
