"The minimalist retro feel works great with the muted color palate which all blends with the gameplay. All the elements just fit together very nicely.
It's a challenging game that when beaten leaves the player with a good feeling of accomplishment..."
Gamezebo.com review - 4 stars

The game is an engaging unique take in the App Store that will having you wanting to complete all 21 levels."
"... if you're a fan of the one-tap timing and high score-centered gameplay of Dizzypad, then Captain Ludwig should be just your thing"
"From what I've played so far it's much more than Canabalt on steroids, it's actually much more fun and a bit less repetitive. The levels are fluid and nice and the graphics are better."

"Very fun game, from what I've played so far. The best comparison I can make is to Captain Galactic, except the controls in this are a lot easier and the game overall is a lot more addictive."

This game is great.
I'm told this game is similar if not better than Dizzypad. I have not played Dizzypad before but I am enjoying this game a lot. Note: you must be patient to be good at this game. If you have no patience and prefer to simple blow stuff up then this one's not for you. Game involves timing and dodging obstacles. I like how each level gets progressively harder and new elements are added as it goes on. It will take multiple hours to beat unless you are just super skilled at gaming. Definitely worth $1.99.
This is a terrific game in its minimalistc approach and guarantees much tension to exhibit perfect timing to jump from orb to orb --- SO, it's quite frustrating to aim for the dark orbs that have gone off screen by PERFECTLY following the arrows and the game claims that you NEVER hit it!!! Not ONCE (in 6 levels)!!! Brilliant Dev(s) please take note... Thanks!
This is the first game I bought where I actually like the music enough to turn the volume up. I also love the graphics and the gameplay is smooth. Really addicting. Great game!
