simple, but charming
I was skeptical about this game after some of the pretty negative reviews. My phone is only 8G so I don't end up keeping all the free apps I try out and honestly, didn't know if this would be worth the time to even download it. Other reviewers are right, it is very simple. But that's actually why it works. My 8 year old played it on the way home from school today and was determined to get to the highest level. She hasn't gotten there yet but was forced to stop for the day when my phone ran out of juice. Long story short, this may be overly simple, but it is charming and great for younger kids. And let's face it adults, it is reminicent of those old platform games we used to play.
Awesome not boring
This game is really fun. For the people that say its "too easy" they probably didn't get to the levels where ice makes you slide, new enemies and discover jet boots. It's a Mario kind of game. Run and jump. Don't run into enemies. A game doesn't have to be complicated to be good. Especially if it's for a PHONE. I see people saying its 99¢, I got it for free? I love it. If you like Old Mario Bros then check this out for sure
Kind of mediocre
This game isn't bad, but it's not that great either. It screams "my first iOS game" and probably isn't worth $0.99 given what you can get elsewhere on the App Store for that. For free it's worth a download though. It's a very basic, simple platformer but is kind of charming in its own way. Might be good for young kids that want a game with a low challenge level.
