To use this kind of app you need to be able to add food in a straightforward way without too much searching. The developers say they have 110K foods in their database but I couldn't find the two I needed. Atkins Advantage French Vanilla shakes and chicken salad. The program could not find either seamlessly. The inclusion of the word "Advantage" defeated the database search. And I gave up searching for chicken salad. There is no option I could find for the kind of food that is basically chicken and mayo. Santa Fe, cranberry, lettuce salad with chicken were in the db but not the stuff you put in a sandwich. So I would have to create a recipe or enter each ingredient individually. I gave up and deleted the app.
Go with the low-carb "Kremlin" app instead.
If you're looking for a streamlined, no-nonsense carb counter / meal tracker, I would suggest "low-carb diet" by NocoCalories over this bloated application. The Kremlin app costs $4 less too! In the end, to succeed at your diet, you want to track: your meal counts, your carbs for the day, your week in review, and your falling weight. That's it. It needn't be more complex than that.
Crashed after the first two minutes
After reading the reviews I thought even though they were not great I would give this app a try. It literally crashed within the first two minutes of use. Uninstalling now!
