Great except 1 issue with my notifications
The app works great I can take a picture of my Check and have the funds on my card which is great. I would’ve given all 5 stars if you guys fix the notifications bug. I have had a notification bubble on my app for about a month now and I’ve went through my whole app and still I have the bubble please make sure if I have a notification to let me know what the notification is for! And my map to tell me where Free ATM’s are will not load as a list or at all for that matter! It just says loading and never loads, I have to click out of the app to be able to use the app again..
Customer Service is lacking
I was double charged 2 times at separate stores which gave me a negative balance! I’ve tried to contact customer service and speak with a live agent and NO ONE will speak to me. After 10 minutes of automatic prompts there’s always an “error “ and the computer on the other end automatically hangs up. I would discontinue my account but I want my money back first.
