This app is trash. Too many glitches, say fields are blank when they’re not & saying that there is info missing when there is no spot for the info it’s asking for?! It’s quite frustrating for a service that’s supposed to make things easier. Figure it out & get an update out for this app ASAP.
The whole point of the app is to allow me to submit a request, but it is impossible to submit a request because the credit card handling is broken. For the second week in a row, I enter all the many details, and then at the last step the app says that there is an error with the expiration date. I entered the expiration date the only way that one can: as MM/YY. Last week the app error told me that the date needs to be entered as MM/YYYY. This was and is impossible. This week the app just says "error" and reports the java variable that it has a problem with: the expiration date. Please fix this and please stop having your call center tell me that the app works.
Fix the date!
The app is good except that it confirms the date that is 1 day before the date you chose at the beginning of the request. Please fix this.
This caused a lot of confusion because I specifically chose 3 days and completed the request, but the dates in the confirmation was off by a day. I ended up having to call to ensure they got the correct dates.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
