finally a complete answering service + call schedule management solution
My multi speciality group moved from a live answering service to PerfectServe, both of which were lacking. The CareLINK trial was easy, call schedule management and switching is a breeze - better than anything else I've seen. Alerting is great - I never miss even dead of night patient calls, and no more *67 to return patient calls! Voice quality is great - and the system keeps track of return calls to patients/hospitals. I can even take notes in the app after returning calls and can get photos sent to me securely by patients or the ER. Support is fantastic. Has helped office efficiency too - we have large office with 5 different specialities.
Life Changing App
After more than 20 years of challenges with answering services we are thrilled to find CareLink. This app has completely changed my on call experience. I get notifications right to my phone or Apple Watch! Easy call back right from app without need for *67. No more worries about a wrong number for a patient. Love the call recording option and reminders when on call. So many great features with this app and excellent sound quality too. Every aspect of use is easy and intuitive. Love it!
They fixed after hours call!
Switching to CareLINK has been easy and the customer service has been excellent! We were truly fed up with our old answering service making errors, so this has been a welcomed change. In addition, for the first time we no longer have to call back into the answering service to switch call!
