SIMPLIFIED MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Managing medications can be a hassle. We’ll do the heavy lifting for you.
• Take pictures of meds (prescriptions, OTC, and supplements) and the names, dosages, and other details are automatically added for you. (No typing!)
• Always have a list of medications, dosages, and schedules with you.
• Receive reminders when it’s time to take a med, or refill a prescription and track adherence progress by recording when doses are taken.
• Print a pre-formatted schedule to put on the fridge, or share a detailed med list with a doctor via email.
STAY ORGANIZED, COORDINATED, AND IN SYNC
We’ll help you organize the mountain of other information you’re challenged to manage in healthcare situations, and coordinate with family and caregivers.
• Journal: document symptoms and privately share updates with family members.
• Calendar: keep track of appointments and share access with others.
• Contacts: organize & share info for doctors, pharmacies, and insurance providers.
• Notes: store insurance info, online account credentials, and other hard-to-remember details.
• To-dos: keep a synchronized list of things that need to get done and assign tasks to others to get the help you need.
• Photos & Files: store important documents for easy access when you need them.
• News: receive helpful, timely info and tips on health topics relevant to you and your family.

Won’t leave me alone
I recently looked for an app to track my meds. I downloaded and tried several. Didn’t like this one it was too much about ads and paid services and that interfered with my main goal. I do understand that free apps are funded somehow and I don’t object to ads or other means of satisfying the funding requirements. I do however object when it’s implemented on an intrusive manner. I ended up choosing a different product, cleared my data, and removed this app. I was not at any point given the choice to opt in to email communication. Since removing the app, I’ve received an email every day (too often even if I’m USING the app). And every day I click on unsubscribe which promises that I am unsubscribed. Next day same again. Wash rinse and repeat. Why bother even putting one there if it’s ineffective? Between claims of the being easy to use when it wasn’t and then the repeated emails and disregard of unsubscribe requests, I’m not feeling very trusting. Am I willing to trust this app with my health info while I poke around settings in order to stop the unwanted email? Not no but H no.
Developer, I want to be crystal clear. The problem is not that I do not know how to tweak settings. The problem is that the unsubscribe does not function as promised. Telling me how to fix it or fixing it for me won’t address the failure itself, only the results. I can do that myself — by reporting these emails as spam.
I'm sorry to hear of any issues with your notifications and unsubscribe settings. There are two types of emails to unsubscribe from (Marketing and Personal Account Summaries). Here's a link to instructions to help (https://bit.ly/29oFO5x). Also, if you'd like me to disable the notifications for CareZone services or if you have any questions, please email email@example.com (and include your registered email). This pharmacy along with its App is so easy to use and they help me keep track of my meds and my Dr.s. I can bring up the App when I’m at any Dr appointment for information about the medication I’m on and the names and contact information of the specialist that I see and who my Primary Dr is. It’s all right at my fingertips. My medications are delivered right to my door. They let me know when they have been sent and I can track them right to my door. They remind me when it’s time for a refill. They always wait until the correct day of the month to extract my payment. They are courteous and helpful if I have a problem or questions. I love this company and their App!
Used to be quite good but gets worse with each update
I’ve used this app for a number of years. When I first started to use it, it was ideal - helped me remember to take my meds and synced between my iPhone and iPad so I could track things on either device and the information would migrate to the other. Exactly what I needed.
Unfortunately, over the years and over a number of “upgrades” this has become a bloated, annoying, frustrating app. It’s impossible to start the app at the medications tab, there are frequent pop ups for services I don’t need and, in general, the functionality of the app is largely masked, to the point where I am exploring alternatives. I now tolerate this app. It’s usefulness has been severely diminished. It’s gone from a 4-5 star app to a 1-2 star app. And I shudder to think what future “improvements” might bring.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand wanting to access your Medications easily and will definitely note your suggestion for future updates. In the meantime, we're happy to turn off the in-app notifications for optional services that you mentioned (if you'd no longer like to see those). Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and include your registered email address. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to making a better experience for you.
