Ratings and Reviews
This app is useless (0 stars)
1) there is no way to set up search criteria. For example, I live in Ohio & only want Ohio Law-there is no “settings” option that I can find that will save search settings by state-or anything else
2) the search function is terrible. I found one related case & tried to click on the link & it went to an error page-there was not back button so I had to exit all the way out and log back in to start all over
3) there is no way to zoom in or out so reading the “results” of my search was a nightmare.
Clearly there is A LOT of room for improvement here. The App needs to be completely rebuilt-I will not be using this app as it stands, because it is an exercise in frustration & futility. (I’m not normally this picky, nor do I write many, if any, reviews, but I was really looking forward to doing basic research from my phone & this app really disappointed me!)
Search doesn't work
Searching within a state's materials doesn't work. I have typed the exact same query in the mobile version as the desktop version. Desktop produces results but mobile always says there are no documents to display. App is only good to look up citations you already have.
This is substantially less functional than web version.
I find this app okay at best. You can run searches and find simple things in a pinch. I ran into a big issue after emailing a particular document from a search - while it emailed successfully, the search I was in was gone and had to be reentered. I hope this is something that will be fixed in a subsequent version.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
