Highly frustrating reordering experience
I have a large family and we order Cava at least one a week. I've frequently found that for whatever reason, I'm unable to re-order via the mobile application previous orders. I receive no error message but I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that one of the items on the previous order is no longer available and therefore it will not re-order the entire order (start from scratch). Instead of providing no error message on a mobile app, I'd strongly encourage modifying whereby it would replicate the previous order (even if one or multiple pieces are not available) and just provide an error message as such and therefore not allow for submittal of the order until this is resolved. Having a large family the current experience and "starting from scratch" is totally dissatisfying and highly frustration. Hoping that you will take this commentary and elevate it to your development team in short order. I’m tempted to stop going to the store until this is resolved.
App needs work
I install the app to place an order that my wife was going to pick up for me. I went through the ordering process but the app would never allow me to pick a time to pick up the order. It finally crashed. I then went back into the app and re-did my order through the checkout process. After my order completed, I realized it had doubled my order and charged my credit card. My wife went into the store to try to correct the problem and they put her food on my order but did not give her the extra order of pita chips or the extra protein that was on my order. However, they charged the full price for all of the items, I was overcharged by $10 in the end. Beware of this app!!
Location not on app and not user friendly
They opened a new location downtown Austin-but it doesn’t show up on the map. So apparently we can’t order online yet. Also, the app provides no way to create an account... it just asks for your email and password and if you forgot your password. Seems counter-intuitive.
Maybe when you do your first order it let’s you, but you can’t order if your location isn’t an option.
Always think it’s best for websites and apps to be updated prior to launching a location. Not an after thought.
