There's nothing really revolutionary about the Paleo diet. It's what our grandma's have been telling us for years: "Eat real foods that are healthy, avoid highly processed factory foods and you'll feel better and live happier".
Whether you call it Paleo, real food, low carb, low sugar, grain-free, gluten-free ancestral, nutrient-dense, primal or whole food - the important thing is that the Paleo diet is a healthier way of eating. The list of benefits is enormous:
● Weight loss ● More energy that doesn't vary wildly throughout the day ● Improved sleep ● Clearer skin ● Better digestion ● Improved fitness ● Reduced allergies. The list goes on but it's better to try it for yourself.
The 200 Paleo recipes included will help satisfy your cravings for delicious food. Inside Caveman Feast you'll find healthy breakfasts, filling main meals, tasty desserts and snacks.
● Perfect paleo burger

What's New in Version 2.0.0
We've taught the shopping cart a few new tricks! Now, when you add two new paleo recipes to the shopping cart, and they both need a tomato each, you’ll need to shop for two tomatoes. Makes sense right? You’d be surprised how hard it is to teach this to an app but the 80 hours we spent staring at a spreadsheet was worth it.
We've also added an additional recipe pack for those looking for more than 200 recipes!
Thanks for all your support with the app, we've stayed in the top 10 food apps since we launched and that's thanks to you guys.
If you get a moment, please do leave us a review in the app store, it really helps.
Great simple recipe app for going Paleo and healthy!
I downloaded this app is one of those you know I have good intentions and maybe one day I'll use it kind of apps but the more I use it the more I love it! You recipes are simple and to the point and really make good food easy to incorporate into your life! Only feedback is sometimes they require that you use the microwave and we're not one of those people who has a microwave... we just prefer to not have a microwave. So my only feedback for them is to make sure that they post alternate instructions for those of us who prefer not to use microwaves. Thank you for such a great app and some wonderful recipes I look forward to cooking along with this app!
*Ripoff* don't buy it
The app is well made and it's a shame I have to write this but I don't want others making the same mistake I did. This app costs $2.99 (not cheap for a cooking app you can't even try before you buy) but then has the gall to ask for another $1.99 when you want to see a lot of the recipes once inside the app! It's like buying a cooking book, opening up to a bunch of blank pages that ask you to send more money in to get the rest of the book! If they wanted to be transparent about this, they could keep the app free and sell "recipe packs" once inside, in a clear and transparent way. Instead they've decided to bait and switch their customers. Horrible product decision, stay well away.
Update: just double checked, no mention of this in their description.
Pretty awesome app for grain-free cooking
The recipes are simple and kind of creative. My suggestion to the developers would be to stay on brand! There's nothing on the icon (except "Caveman"), or on the recipe pages or anywhere while using the app (not even "Caveman"), promoting the developers or their other projects. So unless you go to the trouble of looking them up, you don't actually know where to go for more info and products. And many people might not even remember which app they're using... But thanks, like it!
