No way I'd pay for such a poorly design service

I was led to believe that entire runs of shows were available. Even with paid subscription, that isn't the case. None of the other networks charge for watching current prime time shows in apps. Also, CBS apparently has no clue as to what the app designers are doing. Setting it up so that you have to wait until after the next show to watch the previous week's show discourages people from watching the original broadcasts, since no one wants to see a series out of order. It's designed to force people to continue watching online rather than being able to catch up and return to watching the prime time broadcasts, I suppose because the app designers increase their job security that way. They should make it so that even non subscribers can view current prime time shows within 24 hours of broadcast, like the other networks do. I pay for a cable subscription. That should be enough to watch CBS prime time shows online. Make the classic archives a paid subscription. They've already lost my viewership on several series because I won't pay extra and don't like watching out of order. I'm probably not the only one. CBS is getting way too proprietary. Already stopped doing business with Apple for the same reason. You're next CBS.

I expect more from CBS

CBS is one of the big 4 national networks and the app that they put out is very sub par. I expect a lot more from CBS. Big Brother came on this summer, so I signed up for the live feeds. I wanted to be able to watch the live feeds on my iPad. Sadly no, a link on the app takes you out to a browser. They also advertise that you can watch 1000s of shows, so I started a rematch of JAG. It said that there are only 83 episodes available to watch. Over 220 episodes aired. Only 7 episodes from season 2 and 14 episodes from season 3 are listed.

Speaking of watching episodes, it would be great if the app would advance to the next episode once one is complete. Also, the shows I watched were very pixelated. I knew it wasn’t my Internet connection, because other viewing services were not as pixelated as the CBS shows.

Come on CBS, get it together and put out a better product. We want to be able to watch ALL of our shows, especially if we are paying a monthly service fee.

Terrible

I'd give it 0 stars if I could but the fact that it works maybe 30% of the time and gets through an episode without error maybe 10% of the time. There isn't a spot saver so when, not if, but when it freezes or crashes or w/e you have to start over. That in and of itself is "ok," things happen. But to get back where you were, you hit every commercial break. Again, that is "ok" except this app has more commercials each commercial break than your regular tv episode. CBS has the best shows but I don't think they want people streaming cuz it probably doesn't make them money. CW, ABC are ok, not FOX. Just aggravating trying getting back to where you were finally and it froze again. Is it worth it?

Finally, you watch your favorite show and then it skips to the end ruining the whole episode. I give CBS way too many chances.
