The Centered app offers a unique program for stress management by encouraging you to add mindful meditation sessions and activity to their daily routine.

Track progress towards how 'centered' you are as you get closer to meeting your goals. Also, see how adding meditation sessions and adding more steps to your day affects your mood. Over time, as you meet your goals, your activity and mindfulness circles will come together into one, representing your centered being.

The Centered App for iPhone & Apple Watch allows you to:

• Set a personalized daily steps and a weekly mindful meditation goal
• Meditation sessions include: self guided meditation, mini meditation, mindful walk, meditation on activity, compassion meditation, mindful meditation and body awareness meditation
• See how mood is impacted by being more mindful and increased activity
• Schedule reminders to meditate with time suggestions based on open times on your iCalendar
• Integrates with Health App

The mindful meditation sessions in the Centered app are based on clinical research by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine and the Adler School of Professional Psychology which suggests that brief, regular sessions of mindfulness-based meditation can result in reduced stress and increased overall health. Also, general research has shown that meditation and physical activity can lead to stress reduction, better heart health and weight loss, among other health benefits.

Just wanted to say KUDOS to whomever initially developed this application. Someone had a great idea and applied themselves. This app has not only helped me set aside time to focus and center myself, but I could see how many more could benefit from it. My girlfriends and I have even found time to meditate together. It's amazing how powerful just a few minutes of silence and steady breathing can keep me level-headed through my very hectic and atrocious agenda. Loving this app and really diggin the meditation segments through my Apple Watch! For a free app, don't doubt yourself, try it! The guided mediation is legitimate! So many of us just need a few minutes per week to just remember to love ourselves a little bit. Impressive app, thanks Centered Team!

I love it!

I've tried many apps for this purpose, but found none more elegant, simple, and effective than this one. Thank you for making it! I especially love how it tracks your mood before and after activity and meditation. I always thought meditation was so good for me, but now I can see from the stats that I feel much better after activity. This was a surprise to me! Knowing this really helps, because now I can prioritize activity over meditation. Thank you again! This app really made a difference for me! :)

Integration with Health App

This app is truly wonderful and checks most of the boxes (especially for being free). The issue I have run into is that while it can write step data to the Health app, it does not automatically add mindful minutes in. Now, I can do this manually but would love this to become automatic.

This app has helped me feel more centered during my first couple weeks of use. Give it a try and you'll be able to tell for yourself!
