It's time to get centered and get moving with centeredbeing! This mobile application will teach you how to integrate movement and mindfulness into your day, so that you can fight the negative health effects of stress and sedentarism. Whether you practice Yoga, Pilates, or Fitness regularly, or haven't touched your toes in a while, you will love our easy-to-follow system for more healthy, centered living.
This centeredbeing app has four parts to help you to stay centered:
Fight sedentarism: Learn how to create your own workout at your desk anytime with our exclusive "2/4/6/8/10" system.
Follow our unique centeredbeing workouts, anywhere, anytime, with a stationary desk chair. These workouts will not only move your body, they will give you inspiring cues for coping with stress and living a more centered, happy life. Learn our 8 principles for more centered living.
Plan for wellness:
Follow our 7-week centered wellness plan. Each day gives you a unique strategy and/or workout for staying centered through mindfulness and movement.
Create a centered life:
Our training section which will teach you how to execute several key and fundamental yoga, Pilates and fitness poses using our unique "2/4/6/8/10" system. Whether you have a mat or a chair, you will learn how to practice safely and effectively in as little as 10 minutes per day.

I stumbled onto this app while looking for some easy exercises that can be done anywhere. I really like the office exercises a lot, and feel like I have actually exercised when I follow the routine from beginning to end. I don't like exercising, so finding this app and being able to get through the exercises pretty quickly is a big deal to me. The other videos look good too, but so far I haven't had time to do them. Suzie explains things really well! It would be great if she added more office exercises.

The CB app is a wonderful user friendly tool that can help anyone begin their journey to being active and centered. The videos of workouts and exercise demos are very helpful and simple to follow and the 7 week plan combines thought provoking journaling opportunities with suggestions on how to get moving each day. I plan to use this app both for myself and for my clients. Awesome!
I found this app through a friend of mine who has been a "cb" or "centeredbeing" for years. I thought it was very helpful and have been practicing the techniques in the videos with my co-workers at work - all the exercises are simple to do and leave the viewer with no excuse but to get up and try it! Great job, centeredbeing! Can't wait for more!
