Password is NOT the same as for the website.
The app worked fine once I found out that the "Password" the mobile app asks for is NOT the same as the password needed for Online Banking (the website). Typically it's a 4-digit number, and it's sometimes (confusingly) referred to as a PIN, sometimes as a Password.
I'm deducting a star because I feel this wasn't made at all clear, and I experienced so much time and frustration being repeatedly locked out of the app for using a password which I knew worked perfectly well at the website. So, more clarity please. Even now it's unclear to me whether your mobile "password" can be set to anything other than a 4-digit number; tech support thought it could be up to 15 characters, but so far I've only gotten 4-digit numbers to work.
Wish it supported Face ID
Pretty good app actually. I agree with the other user in that it is not clear that you have to setup another password once you are in your online banking account for “mobile banking”. However, once we figured this out we found this app to be quite useful, especially the mobile deposit option. I am lazy to go to the bank.
#1...Touch ID stopped working after the last update. Tried everything suggested by the online banking dept, to no avail. They will be forwarding the problem to their IT dept.
#2...I wish the app allowed the option to search transactions beyond 30 days.
The rest of the app works to my satisfaction.
