An updated version of CentralReach’s mobile application, CR Go, has been launched. CR Go is now running version 5.0.2. Stick with the website/mobile site for now
The app is challenging, to put it lightly. On my iPhone 8, I can barely do anything on the app, besides view past appointments and even that isn’t optimized. I can’t create new appointments which is my main reason for downloading the app. I hope they update this app more because I’d love to use an app to create appointments rather than spending work time logging into the site and going through the process on a desktop. If the app had better/more functionality, I could create and convert appointments in the car, before I left work.
App Won’t Open
This APP will not open. Just purchased Central Reach and I can’t even open the APP. How are we supposed to use this in the field?
Great for basic data collection on mobile, but if there’s a way to collect ABC data on mobile, it’s not easy to find or do. Bummer to not be able to access docs/files via app. Additionally, using TouchID on iOS causes the app to freeze every time and there’s not a setting to turn off TouchID for the app - you have to hit “cancel” then enter 6 digit PIN to access app, which isn’t user friendly at all. Hopeful that updates will come quickly.
