I was feeling a bit stressed lately and this really helped. I noticed that I felt better, less tightness in my chest and more relaxed. I put this on for myself and my child in the evening when I feel the pressure and stress return.

I thought there would be subliminal and background relaxing sounds but there is only talking suggestions but it definitely works. I fall asleep pretty quickly when listening. I have several of these subliminals to choose from and enjoy the variety.

This app has hidden evil

I got this because I needed to open my chakras and heal, I set all of the settings to sleep before starting, it really did hypnotize me into a lucid state but I heard in a scratchy old mans voice “I want to kill you, I am going to kill you” as soon as I heard it I gained strength in my body to rip my headphones out though I could not wake myself from the hypnosis immediately but it was terrifying I cannot explain it.

Helpful Sleep Aid

This app has been the most helpful app for me as far as getting to sleep is concerned.

It is helpful if you believe in the Chakras as a Eastern religious or medical concept.

However, even if you do not, the gentle narration and the progressive relaxation of your body can be a great sleep aid.
