A Nightly Favourite, Powerful Healing
I listen to Shaka pro every night while I’m sleeping over stereo Bluetooth speakers and I will often listen to this or another of the apps by brianzeleniak during the day as well. I fully support and admire the work of this app’s creator. Having studied quantum physics, I understand how light & particles interact with frequencies, discovering apps that utilise sound frequencies as a means for healing has been a godsend. Normally I just go for the “tuneup” (all chakras over a set length of time)but occasionally I will play one specific chakra while I sleep when I need to target specific issue. The improvement in my physical and emotional condition pertaining to that specific chakra is truly amazing. I have been using ChakraPro for close to 10 years, it was recommended to me by my integrative physician to help me get better sleep. All of the apps by Brian Zeleniak are useful, helpful and unique; I highly recommend taking advantage of this simple but brilliant technology made available to us.
Destressed and relaxed
Started using this app shortly after a complete meltdown. I felt like my whole world was falling apart. Over the last few months my life has been flipped many times over. I wanted relief from all the stress. I started this once a day to just tone all my kids out for a little "me" time to unwind. After a few days of use, I wasn't angry, or frustrated, or anything but cool, calm, and collected. I now use it before bed, anytime before my tests for school, before study sessions to focus, and anytime that I feel like I need to decompress myself. Love it! I never believed in chakra, I just needed to tone out the world and now... I feel confident to take on the everyday stresses of my job and life...
Favorite most use app
This is one of my favorite, most used apps. Whenever I get busy and start feeling off. I run right back to this app. It is my first go to. I question ever time if fall out of the habit of using it. I wish I was better about using the app daily, but you know how it goes. You start to feel better and you start to forget to follow the habits that got you there because life gets messy and busy. One of the reasons I always buy an iPhone is because I am afraid I will lose this app if I switch to another platform. It is a must have for me. I would be devastated if it wasn’t available anymore for some reason.
