Simple and Efficient

All the basic information you want for a quick-glance of the weather. You've got the current conditions with a 5-day forecast right below. A quick tap on a weather condition icon opens a screen with details.

The 5-day forecast starts with today's day, which I find confusing in this format. When today's weather is paired with a multi-day forecast I expect the first day of the future forecast to be, well, in the future instead of the weather right now since that's above it.

Some of the icons are not intuitive right away. Like the patchy fog icon looks like a sun above a brick wall. Since you can quick tap and get more information it's not a problem, just a minor annoyance for me. The windsock icon also gives me trouble - always takes me a while to figure out why there's a finger protector on a pin.

So the functionality is excellent, but the aesthetic throws me off a little. I'll probably keep looking for the weather app of my dreams instead of upgrading to the paid version.

4 stars, potential for 5

Used to be clean and simple until the most recent updates which added prob of precip and windchill to the app... This makes it a cluttered mess. - It's nice to have the option, but please make it an option you can toggle on/off. Having a day/night mode would be nice too, vs having a sun showing for "clear" sky conditions 24hrs a day (would be nice to have night data/forecasts available too). App idea itself is very well thought-out, and is very unique compared to others available. Data feed from the NWS is very helpful and accurate.

Easy to read

Has everything I want to see right on the chalkboard. Clean, exactly what you see in the preview screenshots. I like to think my weather is being forecasted by a 6th grade science class.
