Just choose a charity and get moving - Charity Miles helps you earn money for every mile you move!
This challenge term (June 1, 2016 - May 31, 2017), we will be paying our sponsorship pool (currently $500,000) to our charity partners in proportion to the miles tracked for each charity. So far, our members have helped earn over $2 million for their charities by tracking their steps and miles covered.
But we're not just about earning money for charity. Because moving with purpose changes us from within. It changes the way we see the world, and all the small decisions we make every day. All those decisions add up to impact that is far more transformational than money.
We'd love to have you on our team and encourage you to get active. Whether it's walking in the park, biking to work, running a 5k race or anything else, turn your workouts into money for charity!

Coolest running app ever.
I'm a cheerleader, and we have to run about 15-20 laps around our school gym for conditioning. Trust me when I tell you this, I am not a runner. I've started running at my home to build more endurance for not only our conditioning, but for when I compete all across the state. I'm in the eighth grade at my middle school, and I'm preparing myself for cheerleading in high school. Using this app, it gets me motivated to run because I'm raising money for a great cause. I love the concept. I love that I get to better myself, while also helping people in need.
I use to love it
I use to LOVE this app and now I love it a little less. It use to show your personal contribution based on miles walked now it only shows "total contribution" which is a lot less personal and a lot less motivating for me. I also wish the stroke association or heart association were included in the charities. Either way it's a great way to give back.
Great concept, well-designed
A great cause and idea. I really like this app, but my only complqint was that I wish there was a better "share" feature/interface. So u could post an update to fbook about how much money u raised for a certain charity, or how many miles u ran, not Just- the sponsor.
