Close caption/ subtitle on video
I always enjoy reading the news on Charlotte Observer. Only problem I have was increasing using video on websites, I couldn't understand any words they said. Since I am deaf, they don't provide accommodation due of need of close captions (CC) or subtitle.
I didn't love the old UI but the new one is somehow worse. There are far too many ads and their placement is distracting. The app is frustrating to navigate and looks very unappealing. As a consumer, this app does absolutely nothing for me and its sole purpose seems to be to generate ad revenue by capitalizing on accidental taps. Uninstalled.
May have to cancel. This looks like the fake news and ads on FB.
I want to read the paper, not see little videos.
