Minor bug fixes and improvements.
This app has and is made banking easier and has never aggravated me like so many others have.
I hate writing reviews. However, for Chase I am making an exception. I and my husband who has finally realized how apps can make life easier use this app and love it. It gives Chase and it's customers a way to interface and prevent mishaps and overdrafts. My on suggestion with all apps is that if you can deduct money from my account in seconds, and an occasion arises to refund my money, I'd like it back with the same speed. It should never take 2 weeks or longer. And it should never take a week to process an electronic payment. Fix those issues and you get a gold crown to go with those stars.
App works well
Overall this app works well, it's a banking app, they are all about the same. And I have several that I use or have used.
It would be nice if it allowed some additional controls/filters in the credit card side. I have a Chase SWA Visa & several times a year, there are various 1-2-3 month promos with say double points. Once I've signed up for this incentive it would be great if the APP then showed the incentive & where I was at within the goal for the period.
If that is too much, then some filtering tools where, like on the PC version, I can download and import to a spreadsheet and filter "where purchases were made", but just do it in the app, no download from Chase & then upload elsewhere to do the filtering.
Very good app, but one major problem
I have been using this app for my small business for years. It is easy to navigate and has many useful tools (like the quick deposit of checks from home). However, the app is very frustrating when trying to follow my Chase Ink business credit card (which I use and pay off weekly). The balance due is never up to date. The debits/credits to the account will post one day, but disappear the next and the balance due changes constantly. Compared to the Bank of America app, (which is up to date by the minute things post and never changes) this one fails. Otherwise, I've been very pleased with its functions.
