Make it as useful as the iPhone app
This app is a major disappointment. I've had the phone app for a long time time and recently got an iPad mini. I was excited there was an iPad version as it looks so much better. But it has some totally irrelevant data when you log in-a Markets tab? What does that have to do with my personal account?? I was also excited when the phone app updated to allow viewing of statements and thought that would be awesome on the iPad where you could actually read it. The iPad version had an update at the same time but guess what? No ability to see statements...seriously?? I also am unable to edit any transfers if I need to cancel one on the iPad. Again...seriously?? Come on, Chase, please make this app as functional as the iPhone app! I have just downloaded the iPhone one on my iPad because this app is totally useless!!
The app works well and it is user friendly. The only downside is that your transactions don't give you information on the location of where your purchase was made. For example, if I bought something inside the speed mart of a gas station in one town on one day and then bought gas from the same company of gas in a different town the next and the prices are identical it looks like a double charge and I have to waste time calling chase to look silly instead of just being able to gather that information on my own. Fix it please.
CAMERA BUG BUGS ME
PLEASE FIX THE CAMERA BUG!!! It makes an otherwise functional app unusable for making deposits. The first photo taken of the check is fine, but the second photo gets rotated so I have to guesstimate whether or not the check is in the photo box...this takes about 6-7 attempts to get it right. I dumped the app from my iPad and reloaded it and that did not fix the problem. I restarted my iPad and that didn't fix it, either. So I conclude that it is the app, not my iPad, that is the problem.
