Chase has little room for improvement - they're great!


I could just about copy Big Dave's review word for word with the exception of not being a chaplain and its my husband who is a veteran but its me who is disabled. We both have our Social Security and pensions automatically deposited. All in all however, I totally agree with what Dave had to say.

Some of the apps (including some bank apps) are just horrendous. In fact the bank that holds my mortgage is TERRIBLE - not just their app either but their customer service in general. I call it Customer Non-service

Clearly you have a great web designer and RARELY is your site ever down for maintenance - actually I can't recall a time. Keep up the great work and service to the public. Some banks don't seem to understand that if people like us didn't deposit money, they wouldn't have jobs and since we, the customers are loaning them money for varying lengths of time, we would like to expect something in return. Chase GIVES their customers something in return - and NOT just with a good app but in every way. Thank you.

I have banked with this place when it was San Diego Trust and Savings, Securtiy Pacific, Washington Mutual and now to Chase. I had no complaints with the previous owners, but must admit in the last few years as I have gotten older, I truly appreciate the service I have gotten here. I did on-line banking for my blind neighbor and they treated him so great when I brought him in. It must have made him feel so good when he would walk in and everyone would say “Hi, Bob”. Seriously, it brightened his entire day. I should have just brought him in everyday for a pick me up. (Being blind is no picnic). This application is easy, very user friendly and of course, always subject to change, which you make seamless. I know this review for for your on-line banking only, but I love Chase in every way. Thanks for wonderful service. It gets an easy 5 stars. MJ



I've been using Chase on line for years. In those years, a lot of things have changed, but Chase's, even with any updates, has consistently been available, straight forward to use, and consistently updated. I also appreciate the benefits given to me as a disabled vet. I'm not a big customer, I don't have a lot of money, but Chase has always looked out for me and made me feel like a good customer.

I failed to mention that I am a retired Chaplain for the Homeless in Phoenix. I'm also a disabled Veteran and my income is direct deposited at various times during a month. I appreciate the way I've been treated in my local branch. I can't prove that every branch is like this, but I hope so. My only complaint is their stopping Notary Public service in my branch. Over the years it has a great service and I miss it.
