What's New in Version 3.630
Introducing Zelle(SM). The new easy way to send and receive money between almost any U.S. bank. Now in the Chase Mobile® app. Chase QuickPay® is better together with Zelle(SM).
I've been using Chase on line for years. In those years, a lot of things have changed, but Chase's, even with any updates, has consistently been available, straight forward to use, and consistently updated. I also appreciate the benefits given to me as a disabled vet. I'm not a big customer, I don't have a lot of money, but Chase has always looked out for me and made me feel like a good customer.
I failed to mention that I am a retired Chaplain for the Homeless in Phoenix. I'm also a disabled Veteran and my income is direct deposited at various times during a month. I appreciate the way I've been treated in my local branch. I can't prove that every branch is like this, but I hope so. My only complaint is their stopping Notary Public service in my branch. Over the years it has a great service and I miss it.
Dependable app and company
After we had a credit card account with Home Depot for years, we opened their rewards card, earned credit, and redeemed the points for merchandise. After the cookware was delivered we were notified that their rewards program was no longer available. They changed our account number to a basic credit card. Several years ago we switched to Chase AARP reward card, earned points, redeemed them and they ask if we wanted to raise our credit line. Another bonus for Chase is when they refunded points after we notified them that the gift card was never delivered.
I have both iPhone and iPad. I bank with both devices. The apps are remarkably different and becoming more different with each update. Annoyingly, the iPad has no fingerprint recognition option and requires you to remember and type in your password each time you open the app. There is obviously no reason for this difference, not the RADICALLY different interface between the two apps. Someone needs to make some decision and choose one app and support that app. I can't imagine the cost and confusion of developing and supporting and paying for such different approaches.
It is true that the app works, altho you still can't access all services you can on the Windows Browser Website. If you guys want more stars, some decisions need to be made and followed through on.
