If you are going through chemotherapy, tracking your blood cell counts, symptoms and medications is critical for your treatment success. This Health Monitor Chemo Calendar can quickly capture and organize all your information in one place. Reports, in graphical or detailed format, can be emailed to your doctors and/or caregivers.
The Health Monitor Chemo Calendar features four critical tools:
Blood Cell Count Recorder: Tracks your white blood cell count, red blood cell count and platelet count
Symptom Tracker: Captures key symptoms chemotherapy patients should report to their physicians
Medication Reminder: Lets you input your medications and their dosing frequency; displays your medication schedule in a weekly view; tracks medication to be taken, already taken and that which you did not to take
Event Calendar: Orangizes your life during chemotherapy; keeps track of your day-to-day activities and related notes
In addition to tracking your progress, the application can email your information to your doctors/caregivers in graphical and detailed-report format.

Needs a lot of Improvement
The sliding scale to put in RBC,WBC & PLT is horrible. The scale doesn't move easily, would be better to input the numbers manually, not sensitive to the touch.
Also, the medicine tracker is confusing at times.
Also I can not get the App. to sink between two Apple products, even after I made sure both were wi-fi enabled & currently saved to the cloud.
I like the App. but too to many problems so I can only track on one device or other. I will keep working with it & since I have a long way too go in my Chemo treatments, I will keep using it regardless.
Resourceful. Thank You.
This app has been a great tool and my "Go To" when getting my chemo treatment. I was referred by my Nurse Navigator at the clinic where I have been receiving treatment. Thank you and look forward to the next update. Maybe a voice recording tool to log in verbal notes could be a feature.
Needs the sliding scale removed and be able to just input the info. Also needs to add weight and blood pressure an be able to add customized preferences for other levels. Other than those things so far it has been a good app to help keep track of everything.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
