Thank you so very much for this app. I love it so much. On my first try I thought it would be too difficult to learn Chinese. I thought there is no way I would learn all these different characters, but I was so wrong. It's not easy, but it is a fun kind of challenge and I'm already improving. Did I say "thank you?" Because seriously... Thank you! I LOVE the new script feature. Writing the characters directly after the speaking practice helps me to memorize the characters.

Great app. Mimics Duolingo. Which is fine with me as I already use it and like it. Since they haven't come out with Chinese yet I really enjoy this app. Nice that you can choose between traditional or simplified. I also like that it teaches you how to write the characters. The one thing I did notice that someone already pointed out was that sometimes it jumps into some lessons as if you already know what they mean. You can usually pick it up pretty easily though.
My wife is Chinese
I am trying to learn Chinese so I can communicate with my inlaws without my wife acting as a translator. I've had trouble with her attempting to teach me, mostly because neither of us know where to start since I was brought up with western language. I learned German in high school, as well as Spanish, but Chinese is so vastly different. This has been a great aid in learning the language. I can't say enough good about it.
