Easy to use and right to the point.
This is a great app. Aesthetically pleasing and does only what it needs to do. Finding a restaurant is easy, ordering and customizing is easy, checking out nutrition information is easy, and settings are simple to navigate. The app even has Touch ID to help protect your payment information while making access for yourself incredibly easy.
My only complaint is favorites. I utilize the Apple Watch app and the button works as it should. And recent orders are easy to access. But the only favorites that you can save and access are orders you have already made and saved. And once it is saved as a favorite, you can't go back and edit it in any way.
If Chipotle creates a way to create custom favorite orders ahead of time, I'd give the app five stars. I would love to see a way to save family members in the app, and then set favorites for each person. My wife goes between tacos and a taco bowl. I go between a steak or chicken (different ingredients for each), my kid's float between tacos and burritos. I would love to be able to just tap my favorite people that I am ordering for and quickly select which of their pre-programmed favorites that they want.
Add that and I'll rate five stars.
Needs Apple Pay Support
Love using it to order ahead and pick up but would be complete if it used ApplePay to let me pay ahead instead of paying in the store. Would speed ordering and check out! Disappointing that TouchID was added without full Pay support and instead driving to get your card details stored on their system instead of enabling better security through Pay.
