WHY IT’S IMPORTANT TO GO FOR A BAD CHOLESTEROL REDUCTION DIET
Rise of the cholesterol level beyond a certain threshold can lead to several risk factors including heart disease, stroke, and peripheral artery disease. The common phenomenon is plaque buildup within arteries, which disrupts the normal flow of blood to cells and organs of the body.
Hence, it’s important for you to take care of the cholesterol level and maintain a good health. In addition to taking prescribed medicines you must give way to cholesterol lowering foods in your diet. The sooner you pay attention at your heart’s health the lesser becomes the probability of falling prey to the deadly diseases.
With this how to lower cholesterol without statin action plan available in your phone, you don’t need to worry at all. However, it’s important that you say NO to bad cholesterol foods.

Ratings and Reviews
Good idea weak execution
I loved the book and was delighted to find this app. Unfortunately it does not work as advertised. In particular: 1) each day does not start with a blank checklist - it carries over the checked off items from prior days, 2) the day forward/back feature is excruciatingly slow on my 5s, 3) the compliance percentages are not well explained. With a few enhancements this could be a great app but as it is, it diminishes the value of the Cholesterol Down brand. Sure hope the actual system works better than this app!
This seems like a nice simple checklist of things to track, but it's broken. It does not save my checked items each day, it just reloads them the next day and I can't go back or forward. It was a $3 app with no reviews; I should have known better than to buy it.
Date is wrong and can’t be changed
Today is 8/10/10. The app says 10/8/18 and there is no way to correct the date! Very annoying stay away from this app that can’t even get the date right. I have contacted Janet and will update if I get responded.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
