Not Well Known, But

This app is gaining steam in my area and I am using it as it evolves, however; I was not paid after my last job. The client sent payment and I have confirmation of that with the app, but no funds have been sent to my bank account like it normally does. Customer Support has yet to respond. Until this gets resolved, I will be making my experience known.

Update: Customer Support Responded…Holiday Weekend. Will update on progress.

Update: Payment cleared for this incident and other completed jobs. Takes 3 business days to clear, payment is not sent directly to you, the contractor?

Deposits are made within 3 business days not including holidays. Please email us immediately so we can look into this support@allbetterapp.com as long as the bank account you entered is correct funds should be deposited again with 3 business days.

Perfect for landlords

Part of owning rental property is finding good reliable contractors. This app made finding one so much easier and very affordable. I like the idea of naming my own price and get matched with pros in my area versus using homeadvisor or the look alike and i get stuck paying up a large bill. I used it while i was on travel to fix a toilet, not only was it done the same day but i only ended up paying half of what i normally pay. This is great for every homeowners and landlords.

It took a while and I booked a job, at first I was surprised at how the bidding works but I got a customer and did a job. So that's good enough for me to say it works.
