PRAISE FROM THE PRESS
ChuChu Rocket! was a total blast when I had a chance to play it today, and it makes me sad that I never tried out this title almost a decade ago. It seems like a perfect fit for the iPhone, with all of the original levels reworked to be touch screen friendly – touchArcade.com
Gathering up four friends for a manic game of Chu Chu Rocket is a cherished gaming memory. The version of Chu Chu Rocket I was able to play today at SEGA's offices pretty much matched up with those memories – IGN.com
Chu Chu Rocket will command attention by virtue of being different from the steady string match-three puzzlers and its multiplayer push. Even though it can't claim innovation as a port of an older title, there's still a sense of freshness and certainly an appeal about this game of cat and mouse. – PocketGamer.com

What's New in Version 1.1.2
Compatibility issues with iOS5 resolved.
One of the Greatest Puzzle Games
Like any classic puzzle game the key is to have a simple to understand mechanic that can be mastered and be used to do amazing things.
ChuChu Rocket was an amazing Dreamcast game which I owned. I really loved it on the GBA and now IOS bc the gameplay lends itself perfectly to true pick up and play.
If Sega was smart they would take the game play, re skin it as something new, and add something new and they would possibly have the next Angry Birds. Leader boards, challenges, etc.
The single player on this game is great and worth 99 cents. However, the programmed delay of laying down arrows in the multiplayer makes it almost unplayable and nothing like the original as the pacing of the game is ruined. I understand programming a delay in to keep all the systems in sync, but this delay is excessive and even exists in Bluetooth games, where latency shouldn't be an issue.
Overall a fun game, but the delay in the multiplayer (main reason I bought the game) is unbearable.
So much fun and strangely addicting!
So much fun and still just as addictive as the old Dreamcast version! I'm still diggin' this game after all these years! The touch interface makes it easier to position the arrows. Like many great classic games, the concept and controls are easy. That's the hook! Now is Sega going to give us an IOS version Sega Swirl?
