You do a great job, but we need more constant content. Xavier always need to be talked about at least on a weekly basis.

I used to be Hoya fan.

Yes, it’s true. And in no small part, due to Father Michael Joseph Graham. Growing up in Washington DC, it was Georgetown basketball and Notre Dame football. Just the way it was. Then I went to college. The one and only, Mount St. Mary’s, Emmitsburg Maryland.
Side note here, Bishop Purcell, who started Xavier, came from the The Real Holy Land, Ireland, via yes, The Holy Mount! There you have it.
OK, so why did I convert to XU basketball? Besides the fact that I have a freshman son attending, my experience with XU is something I never thought I would have. I will be honest and say that I just wrote off the Midwest as being an experience that just could not equal what I have seen on the East Coast. How wrong could I be! I apologize.
I am not sure if this is a word, but the whole catholicity of XU just really blew me away. GU is a great school, but I just don’t get that same vibe when I’m there. Love my Mount and it’s own wonderful catholicity, for which I will always be grateful. But it doesn’t have The Cintas Center, it doesn’t have the same feel of confidence without being cocky that exudes from the XU players and the fans. XU knows It will be a top 10 team, end of story but it’s not throwing it in your face.

What an amazing atmosphere for both the players and the fans! What a great way to achieve an excellent rounded education. A young woman or man can’t help leaving XU confident in themselves, their faith and the opportunities they have created for their future.
Thank you Fr. Michael Joseph. It all comes down from the top and you have drawn up the plays no one can beat!
