Godsend for busy working adults

I have been on ADHD medicine since childhood and yet I still get the runaround from doctors thinking I am drug seeking. These doctors take the time to look into my medical history and prescription history to validate that I am in fact an honest person struggling with ADHD. I have a wonderful relationship with my primary dr through circle and he remembers me every appointment, showing that he is not just doing this for the money. When I forget to book out in advance I am able to choose from a variety of other providers in my state who are just as helpful and thorough. The only issue is that CVC won’t fill controlled prescriptions through circle med, at least they wouldn’t 6 months ago. Which is fine because everywhere else will. The only downside is when you need to message your doctor you often need to go through a “care team” and that can be a lengthy process . But once you develop a relationship with your primary, depending on the provider, they may message you to start communication directly between the 2 of you.

Same Day Service with Bridge Script for ADHD … Blown Away

My primary care doctor of 15 years referred me to circle as they had been tied in legal issues to where getting an appointment was difficult. I hate changing medical providers and lost hope. I was very skeptical of telehealth…especially for prescription refills of controlled substances. But after 30 days off medication, I decided to give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did!!

I was pre diagnosed with ADHD for my adult life so I didn’t have to wait the standard 2 visit for newly diagnosed patients. This is a great service for honest patients with real medical needs but if you are seeking meds, then search elsewhere. The app was buggy in spots…especially on checkout….however the same day appointment still showed up in my list. The overall benefit is a game changer. The script was sent immediately following my appointment and everything was digital. No more long waiting rooms!

My provider was on time, very understanding and felt like she cared about my health more than my doctor ever did. She asked me if I had considered alternate medication since my symptoms indicated I could have been on the wrong meds. I’ve been thinking about it for quite some time and for her to deduce that from a simple conversation made me hopeful.

It was my first visit so maybe I got lucky with the provider but if you felt down like I did….don’t hesitate. The experience is great and hopefully it helps you all as well.

Good doctor garbage company

My problem isn’t with insurance or the doctor, it’s with the company. After my boss and wife hounding me to get seen for possible ADD I caved (didn’t think it’s a real thing.) the lady I met with not only educated me on on and explained why it happens and the underlying cause of it, I’m very analytical and I really liked how she explained everything to me. I get my prescription sent to a pharmacy that I didn’t know wasn’t excepting new patients. (Didn’t know that was a thing) so after about half a day calling around to find a new pharmacy I found one. So I messaged the message chat to reroute my prescription and I’ve been ignored for days. The only way to talk to a real person is to pay $100. Funny that when I messaged them about billing they were very quick to respond (cause money is more important)
$150 for the initial visit, $100 for the follow up.
But when I ask for help to send my prescription to a different pharmacy absolute crickets. So it’s either take the loss, OR PAY $100 TO SPEAK TO A PERSON TO CHANGE MY PHARMACY!
After $250 in one week and to be ignored when I need help, I would just choose a different platform.

Developer Response ,

First of all, thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns - we take these complaints very seriously. We have recently experienced a surge in patient requests relating to prescription issues, which has increased our average chat response time, and I understand the frustration and inconvenience this can cause. We are actually currently in the process of redesigning our patient communication system to address these issues and make sure we are able to prioritize and resolve patient issues more quickly. I would love the chance to look further into this situation to figure out what happened, as well as do what I can to make it right. If you are able to, please reach out to me (please mention my name, Gemma, in your message), via the chat function of our app and I will be able to better assist.
