Easy and Intuitive

I am delighted with the app. It is easy to navigate and pretty intuitive. I have used the bill pay and other normal features including setting up deposits, standing instructions etc. Very satisfied with how easy it is! Once the regulations permit you should introduce mobile check deposits as you have in the US. Overall, an awesome app that I have been using regularly!

Reasonable app but no support for multiple accounts

I really wanted to like this app. The login process is reasonable, the features are also well done. I was happy. I was hoping to use it and dig into its features.

Then came the problems. I logged out in order to login to my other account. But as I had FaceId set it just logged right back to my original account! No option to switch accounts. I had to disable FaceId to be able to switch accounts.

Now that is bearable, but this next one makes no sense. When trying to login to my other account it required me to unregister the first one! In other words I’ll have to register each account every single time I use it. That is extremely unwieldy. Since it is likely that folks have both an NRE and an NRO account, this is a deal breaker for me. Why not have an option to switch accounts while maintaining both as registered. After recognizing FaceId or even before it, why not ask which account to log in to?

If and when this is fixed I’d gladly use it. Until then, I’ll avoid it

Some Features are missing or needs enhancement

1. Too many notifications. 2. No check deposit with this app 3. Statement is difficult to understand. 4. Utilities payments are not accepted from 2-3 days before due date and other banks take after we fail to pay here. 5. Don’t read and accept OTP, have to enter. The Good: 1. Design and security at its best. 2. Reminds upcoming payments. 3. UI is good and navigation is easy. 4. Confirmations and OTP comes 100% on time. 5. If sim is not inserted the app won’t work, I like the feature. 6. Bill payment options are at its best. 7. Statements and balances display is good but difficult to understand. 8. Biometric authentication is fast with this app than many other apps.
