I can't login
When I downloaded the app I understood that it needed a change of the account login information. And I have been using this app for awhile. But I can't login anymore. I had reset my password to my whole account lately so I had thought that I could now login on the app.. but apparently it still says that the account is locked and to contact my financial institution. I can login on the website with the new password just fine. So the app should have let me in as well...

Bryansbbg, we regret to hear you aren’t able to sign in. Since the app is new and different, you will be required to create a separate username and password. If you are still experiencing issues after you have created a separate username and password, please contact us directly or email us with the closest branch location so that we can serve you better in the future.
Broken since last update
“Account is locked” message after update. Called the bank and I was told to re-register. I have done this multiple times. It still says my account is locked. I can log into the website just fine. Looks like I’m stuck having to find a computer any time I need to check my balances.
Can't even log in.
I've used this app for a long time. It's always been a little buggy, but with the new version I can't even log in anymore. Between this app, and the removal of online banking from the mobile website I'm unable to monitor my account. Big problem. I'm considering switching banks because of this.

D.Mattle, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues. The new Mobile Banking App requires a new username that is different than your previous username. Please use the “Set up New User” feature.
