Citrix Receiver lets you access your enterprise files, applications, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favorite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.

HOW TO USE CITRIX RECEIVER
1. Open Citrix Receiver and tap Add Account.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:

Option 1
1. Open Citrix Receiver and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.

Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Receiver
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Great Productivity Tool

I use this on my iPad Pro 12.9 all the time. I also pair it with a Citrix Mouse, and have a great desktop experience.

The dpi scaling is good. The display is actually better than my desktop because the iPad Pro has such a high resolution. I see a refresh lag sometimes. For instance, when you right click on an item, the Remote Desktop has displayed the menu, but Citrix has not. You just need to wiggle the mouse a little for it to appear.

Keep up the good work.

Suggestion

I would like to say about the app really its very helpful for me and i can access my account any where but i have suggestion to be more accessible and useful i want to keep my account logged on always.
Actually its very difficult to do log on every time.

Love it on iPad Pro

I was using my laptop all the time for work and sometimes its a burden carrying a big heavy bag now with this app I no longer need my laptop I can do all my work from any remote location an no need for a laptop. Love it!!!
