Can’t sign in
Can’t really say I’ve done a lot with this app since I literally cannot sign in with my account. It tells me “invalid username/password.” I double checked what I entered and it tells me my account is “locked” even though I can access the City Bank website with my credentials just fine with no issues. Even resetting my password doesn’t help.
So, I pretty much can’t do anything with this app. Maybe I’m an isolated case since I can’t find a review with a similar issue as mine, but this looks like something the developers should look into. The low overall rating of the app in the store doesn’t surprise me now.
For the most part, the app works like you’d expect and does what you need it to do.
The biggest problem with the app is its design. Interface elements are huge, such as switches and text. Some text is butted right up against the side of the screen (left margin). They need to hire a professional app developer to improve this instead of outsourcing or using an amateur.
I enjoy this app and it gets what I need done with ease. I had no issues logging in but maybe paying attention to typing and then turn on Touch ID. Flawless
