Need "Quick Balance" feature
I like most everything about the app, it is as functional as the browser version except there is one thing that is still needed DESPERATELTY!!
I would love to see a "quick balance" feature without having to log in to see it. You can link your accounts to the device you are using and with the quick touch of one button, you can see the balance on all of your accounts. I also bank with another institution and their APP has his functionality and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! PLEASE add this in the next update and you will have a perfect app...because of this one thing, I give it four stars, add it, and you get the bump to FIVE!
Horrible - Not Accurate
Your mobile banking always reads one thing but when you have issues it says something completely different on their end! Your transactions disappear the next day causing your amount to be off balanced and your transactions jumbled up.
Average App - Would Be Easy to Improve
This is a pretty average app. I know City National of WV is a pretty small company, so I'm glad they have an app at all, but there are definitely some things that would be nice improvements.
It would be nice to have an easier login process. Using Touch ID would be ideal, but at least having the app remember the username on the phone would be great. That wouldn't be that much of a security risk.
I have two accounts with CNB, a personal checking and business checking, and for some reason only the personal shows up in the app. Why? They both show up on the web interface.
Lastly, it takes FOREVER to load the transaction page. I don't know why, but it's literally 30 seconds sometimes. This is really inconvenient.
Improve these things and the app would be very solid.
For some reason the transactions now refuse to load. They started just loading really slowly, but now I can't get them to load at all. I'll be changing from 3 to 1 star till this is fixed.
