Do the laws of physics only apply to a science classroom or lab? No Way! With this free CK-12 Physics Simulation App, you are able to explore over 80 exciting real-world settings and discover the laws of physics that govern the world around you in a fun and interactive way.
Why does a violin sound different from a guitar? How can air hold up a truck? Why do sprinters wear spiked shoes for running? How does a touch screen tablet work?
Start by being curious, discover on your own, and never stop exploring!

Ratings and Reviews
Good try but too many bugs at this time
When the app works properly, it is a great little learning tool. It just doesn’t work most of the time. (As of Oct. 2018).
Usually when I open the app, no simulations are shown, or sometimes just one. The filter button has no effect.
The application is limited to just the physics simulations. The many hundreds of others must be reached through the main CK-12 app.
Best Physics Simulations App! It works offline too!
Ck-12 has out done itself with this new app. The App overlays physics concept on the real world and lets students interact using sliders, buttons, widgets. The graphics are gorgeous, and the app is fluid with almost no lags during regular usage. The best part of the app is that it can be used completely offline! You can download the simulations you want, and it works the same in both online and offline more. The simulations are also standards aligned which is an added plus. Worksheets are also provided for students to learn how to interact with the simulation and note down their findings. Overall an amazing app, and a must have for physics teachers and students.
