Waste of time and tax payer money!
Who ever thought this app was a good idea to spend tax payer money on should be fired! 4 months ago I listed my street light on the app so it would get fixed. For 4 months now, my service request has been listed as "received" but no further action has been taken. No response to any of my requests for status updates either. Don't waste you time with this app as it's obviously not being monitored or updated.
Update: Still no response or update. What a joke. I would change to zero stars if I could. I just deleted the app and have no plans to ever try it again. Fool me once shame on you....
Too soon to tell yet. However, I appreciate the idea and the desire. It seems perfect. We will see now if the follow through matches the concept. Thanks for moving forward with the times.
