DONT USE SNAP DEPOSIT!!!
Snap deposit will initially put a hold on your check before being deposited (understandable) HOWEVER what happens is that once your check is “cleared” and deposited into your account it will only be HALF of the paycheck. I was told that due to “laws” half of the check gets cleared and then you have to wait almost an ENTIRE WEEK for the other half to clear. Not only is this absolutely INCORRECT but they had no problem lying to my face about it. I know numerous other people who use snap deposit with other banks and when the paycheck clears it clears in FULL. Class Acts broken APP however will not do that and will only clear half and make you wait an entire week for the other half, how ridiculous.
Miss the old app!!
This new app is so frustrating!!!!! It logs me out EVERY single time I attempt to make a mobile deposit. When I attempt to log back in, the drop down box in the top left is gone. Therefore, I can’t even get to the screen to do a mobile deposit or properly log out of my account. That makes me very uneasy and worried that someone is going to be able to gain access to my accounts. So, I have to log in at least 3 times, sometimes more to complete my mobile deposit. Please fix this!!!!!! I am nowhere near a branch and mobile deposits are a necessity for me!!
The app often closes unexpectedly. Like the other reviewer it often logs itself out when trying to make mobile deposits. As soon as I turn on Touch ID I have to delete the app and reinstall because the app won’t open. I try it every time an update is issued and then wait again.
However, if all you need to do is basic transfers and balance/transaction inquiries, it work 95% of the time. But I would say at least 1 out of 20 times the app is down or something goes wrong.
