Routines - Use our pre-built workout routines or create your own custom routines for easier logging of the same workout!
Personal Record Tracking - Displays your personal record for any lift while you're logging to keep you motivated to set new bests.
Adjustable Set Timer - Upon finishing any set, a timer will display to ensure you don't lose cadence during a workout. This is accompanied by an optional notification reminder.
Extensive Exercise Logging - Logging exercises, even supersets, has never been easier. If you don't see an exercise you'd like to log, we've made it simple to add your own to the database.
Apple Health (Watch users only) - Start a workout in the CleanLift app and a strength training workout will automatically begin on your Apple Watch. See your rest timer, calories, heart rate, and duration on your wrist between sets! Finish your workout from the app and never worry about starting/stopping Apple Health workouts.
Apple Music Integration - Control your Apple Music directly from within the CleanLift app, no more switching apps during a workout!

Good but could use a feature to save workouts.
It’s a good app and does what it says for sure. There are some things that I’d really like to see in it. Specifically I’d like to be able to have saved workout templates, ideally something you could include rep ranges in. So you could add say the PHAT or PHUL workouts to the app and see your goal rep range and then log actual reps completed. This way you could easily track when it’s time to increase weight. Having to individually add each exercise for every workout is a bit much.

Clean, simple, easy-to-use, intuitive
Workout and lifting apps ways end up complicated and poorly maintained. I just found Cleanlift and I feel like my life has changed. This is exactly what I've been looking for after having been frustrated by other logging apps for so long. Love, love, love it!
