Best meditation app - gimmick free!

I've used several free and for purchase meditation apps. This one is exactly right. Has a good selection of guided meditations, no need to purchase, simple interface. Great for beginners and more experienced folks. Been SO annoyed by a lot of the other so-called mindfulness apps that are over complicated and not truly free. Recommend this one to clients often!

great app, with reservations

I'm updating my review due to a specific annoyance, which may affect other survivors of childhood trauma.

In several of the meditations, it instructs you to imagine yourself when you were "a five year old". Assuming every 5 year old is/ was happy and stress free. The specificity takes me out of the meditation, every time.

If they would fix that (maybe make it more general, young child) I think it would be easier to tap into a stress free time.
