If you are serious about supporting global climate change, put your dollars to work by supporting the right companies. We can’t change our climate overnight, but we can make a difference every time we shop by voting with our dollars!
Here’s how it works. We analyze companies, and our ranking scale tells you how well the company is addressing climate change. Don’t know which burger/airline ticket/laptop/sneakers/hotel room you should buy? Maybe the company’s climate performance can help you decide. Support the high scorers when you shop, and send messages to the low scorers urging them to take action on climate change.
Climate Counts uses a 0-to-100 point scale and 22 criteria to determine if companies have:
•MEASURED their climate "footprint"
•REDUCED their impact on global warming
•SUPPORTED (or suggest intent to block) progressive climate legislation
•Publicly DISCLOSED their climate actions clearly and comprehensively.
Climate Counts makes it easy to take immediate action on climate change!

What's New in Version 1.0.2
Our new scores for 2012/2013 are now available!
We've added 'Soaring' as a ranking for our companies and we've improved our in-app sharing.
App appears to be broken; why no updates?
Apparently the Climate no longer Counts, or at least not since December 2012). It looks like this app was last updated back then, and it doesn't seem to work anymore; at least not on my iPhone 5s. There's really no excuse for letting what might otherwise be a useful app like this go stagnant. Please update it ASAP or point your users to a comparable web app and remove this from the App Store. :-(
Two Stars for a good concept, but no longer keeping it maintained.
