Still buggy despite the latest update
My firm uses Clio and the app would have been super useful to record time entries when I am out of the office. However there is a major bug in the product. When the timer is turned on and then saved, the date of the time entry is the previous day. Yes it records the time in the previous day's time entries. This confused me when I was trying to locate time entries. The problem can be replicated on other iPhones. We are in Singapore. I have no idea where Clio's server is. I raised this as a support issue some 2 to 3 months ago and they finally responded by saying that it was a known bug. Clearly not a high priority bug and it effectively makes Clio for iOS useless unless you are always in the same time zone as their server.
App crashing after today's update??
I deleted and downloaded the app again today and it keeps crashing? There was an update today.
