Mostly happy with it

I like this in some ways better than Overdrive or the new Libby, but one thing needs changing. When you have a book checked out, it would be helpful to see what the current wait time is for the book. I'm constantly having to decide whether to turn in a book I haven't read when another one I have on hold is available. When I can't see how long the current hold time is (which I can in Overdrive) I have no basis for deciding whether to read one of the books in 3 days because it'll take months to get it back, or whether to turn it in and pick it up again later. Otherwise, I think it works really well.

One other issue, which isn't the app's fault....I wish my library would post new books more often -- sometimes they go months after new books are released to add them to this app.

Love this app for e-reading!

I've been using Cloud Library for years now and the app only improves! There has always been text search. The bookmarks include some words, so you can find the right place again. The menus have a dark background, so they are not distracting at night. The page number always shows. Now all pages can be zoomed just by pinching. And books can be tagged for future downloads. I only wish my library had a larger selection!

Update: I still like the app, but some of the features are gone in this version. What happened to the little carat that allowed you to return to a page if you jumped to another chapter? And why is the page changer less responsive now? Also, the clock background is light now while the two menu bars are dark.

Wish it has more features

My library just moved over to CloudLibrary from Overdrive. I’m still getting used to the new format, but overall unimpressed. I’d like to know how many holds are currently on book (number of days means next to nothing because people return things early)... I’d like the ability to simply click on the authors name to see what else they have written... I’d like to be able to borrow more than one book in my search rather than immediately be brought over to the book and open for reading.

It would also be nice to have the limits the library sets for max # of books that can be borrowed or max # of holds.

I’m trying to make the best of this, but so far it’s been a difficult transition.
