What's New in Version 4.2
Minor performance enhancements
I am a Republican… I watch CNN, FOX, and MSNBC. It's the only way I feel I can get a fair and accurate perspective on the news, particularly in relation to politics. I have come to the conclusion over the last few weeks that CNN, much like MSNBC, is a bias network always in favor and to the benefit of the Democrats or Hillary Clinton. There are many examples. Take a text notification sent by CNN today: "FBI director does not believe Hillary Clinton lied to the FBI." This implies Hillary Clinton did not lie to the public or to the American people, and gives the impression in general that Hillary Clinton does not lie, when in fact Hillary Clinton lies to the general public and to the American people perhaps daily. The way CNN writes its headlines, including on the banner which appears at the bottom of the screen on the TV, is always favorable towards the Democrats or Hillary Clinton. Weeks ago, I watched as CNN played and replayed a video of Donald Trump speaking and some sort of bug flying into his hair. CNN continued to show that video throughout the morning. However, if this were Hillary Clinton, CNN would not have repeated or shown the video in the first place. There are many examples which demonstrate CNN's willingness and attempt to destroy Donald Trump while promoting Hillary Clinton. For this reason CNN is a bias organization, especially when it comes to politics.
Biased and terrible
First of all this app used to run smooth like butter I have an iPhone 6 and I'm sure it has more than enough power to run a news app. Why then does it lag around for 5 minutes before I can even scroll down? Super poor optimization I assume. Then you can finally get to read the America hating leftist media articles that just absolutely destroy what the NEWS is about. No one cares about your opinion. No one cares what you think is virtuous. That's the best part of American media is the reader is allowed to make their own decision on what they think is right and wrong. Not get what you think is "best for the people" shoved down their throat. Shove it up your ***. I want to know the truth and you can't give it to me....ever. I am constantly looking to other media (except social) to guide me through the gunk to find out what is actually going on. Fox and other news sources are bad too but good god CNN takes the cake. Every piece written should have a big fat opinion written directly below the title because never do you get the truth. So if you are looking for a good news app and aren't a hardcore lefty this one probably isn't for you.
The most up to date, unreliable information
Was a huge fan of CNN for years up until recently. It became quite clear CNN is a huge player in the propaganda battle. Gone are the days when we had unbiased media reporting. It's unfortunate that inaccurate media reporting can result in the loss of lives but it happens so frequently these days and the media just can't seem to figure it out. I Watched Don Lemon a few moments ago citing inaccurate data regarding the arrest stats of african americans claiming it came from the washington post. I read the same article and if you know anything at all about statistics you would know that your sampling pool is incredibly important. That data was not provided therefore the stats are invalid. Although the results Don provided were a misrepresentation of what the Washington Post had reported, I was not able to find sufficient data to validate the article other than the person that wrote it actually worked for the Washington Post. Obviously there's far more reasons I'm rating this app "0" stars but I'm short on time. Please excuse any grammatical errors as I typed this from my phone.
